How long does shipping take?
Shipping time is 1-3 business days.
Order processing is 1-3 days for boutique items. Eleven One Label original designs can take up to 4 weeks processing time. Custom order processing time varies based on complexity of your garment.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address. We will not refund returned packages due to invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping cost to reship items.
We are not responsible for stolen packages under no circumstances. Packages are tracked with estimated arrival dates, so please be available to receive your package.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does it take to receive an Eleven One Label design once I've ordered?
Eleven One Label designs are handmade to order based on your size or measurements. We do not have premade inventory for our original designs and every piece is custom sewn one by one. Eleven One Label designs take up to 4 weeks depending on the current volume of orders. Rush processing is available for an additional $65. Minimum of 7 day notice on rush orders. Processing time does not include shipping time.

What is your return policy?
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Store credits only.
Items purchased from Eleven One Label are eligible for store credit within 6 days of delivery.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
All discounted items, bodysuits, and swimsuits are final sale and not eligible for store credit.
Items must be in its original condition as when you received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains and damages.
Items that are not in accordance with these conditions will not be accepted.
When we receive your return package you will be notified via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing. Once your return inspection and store credit is processed you will be notified.
If you receive a damaged or defective items upon delivery, please contact customer service immediately.
